In order to be able to process your request, we require you to communicate the taxi identification number (composed of 4 digits) or vehicle registration number in order to be able to find the vehicle concerned among all those in circulation. That is why we invite you to ask for the printed ticket which shows the identification number for the taxi and the ride at the end of each ride. We insist on the fact that it must be a printed ticket and not a written receipt.
